My weigh is incredible inaccurate. One day I am 183, the next day 171. This is due to bloating during my menstrual cycle, but I've decided to stop weighing myself. I burn at least 600 calories a day working out (constantly wearing my Apple Watch), and my BMR is 1750. My daily average for caloric intake is only reading between 1350-1850, with my highest "cheat" days being 2200. I stay well within my macro-nutrients, and eat about 300 calories every 2 hours to keep my metabolism up. I don't drink alcohol, soda, or many sweets. I eat all organic and free range. Don't cook with added butter, salt, or things or that nature.
All of my clothes fit the same, if not actually a little too big. It's confusing. Very strange how insanely my weight fluctuates. My doctor told me not to diet, and not to lose any more weight. Which is strange coming from a doctor, usually they've always got something for you to improve on.

Strange. At 5'4, 175 pounds, I though I was definitely overweight. I've lost over 150 pounds in one year. I was 300 pounds, dropped to 150, and I've been building tons of muscle and got up to my current, 175.

I feel like this is my natural, healthy weight. I literally can't cut my calories anymore, and I'm already working out almost an hour of it 2 or 3 every day.

Interesting. I'm a happy girl though :)
