Decided to step up my morning walk to 30minutes hoping that every little helps! Shall be going for my swim later and am doing my best to stick to the 16/8 programme to try to shift the last 7lb which is proving resistant. Should have taken my measurements at the start of this journey but have done so now and hoping I can make a difference and get my waist to 32''. To think I was 24'' T 18 years old!! What happened? Life and children I guess!!!
