But I think P90X3 is much much harder than Body Combat.

Have you heard of Spartacus workout?

I want to try P90X but afraid it's too strenuous. I like martial art style workout the most and I also like lifting. I ran a 5k in 2013 but today I'm not sure if my knees can take it today. Once I reach my goal weight, I might try to train again.
