I said I wasn't going to weigh myself, but I can't help it. I had to check whether staying close within 800 to 1000 calories are going to burn fat.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

865 kcal Fat: 29.30g | Prot: 40.67g | Carb: 114.02g.   Breakfast: Pink Lady Apples, Reduced Fat Latte Coffee. Lunch: Oats, Fruit and Nut Granola Bars, Butter, Chicken Breast Meat, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh). Dinner: Farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, Mission Naan Bread Plain, Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other: Woolworths ANZAC Biscuits, Nescafe Instant Coffee & Skim Milk, Sugar. more...
