Back after a very long time. I have to get my weight down, just found out that I am diabetic but don't have to take anything yet. I am very frustrated but I am going to really try hard to get back below 200 lbs.
234.5 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

You can do it! So many here have, even those who were on medication. Do you have an approach in mind yet?

I am doing Keto, I had a sugar filled weekend and then did a 80 hour fast. This is to get into ketosis quickly and to remember how it feels to actually be hungry. I broke my fast this morning with eggs and bacon. Feeling pretty good about my changes.
