Haven't weighed in for a bit , I did get to within 1 pound of losing my 8 stone since going to the doctors in March 2016,today i am 2.6lb away really hoping at some stage next week i reach my magic figure i wanted to lose 8 stone in time for our 25th wedding anniversary. I honestly never thought id lose 2 stone but exercise and cutting out the rubbish food does work, Good luck on your Journey!
