Sick, nauseated and felt like crap all day....and I ate that way too as far as dinner. I dragged my feet to eat and when I finally decided I needed to, I had Mcdonald's fish fillet sandwiches. Funny thing? I didn't enjoy them like I used to before my weight loss journey. I felt disappointed upon finishing them actually which is good. Hoping to feel better in the next day or so to get back on track.
