Threw up last night after taking hydroxycut.

200.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb. Still to go: 15.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 6.3 lb a week

my boyfriend was taking that to cut weight for his ufc fight and he got sick from it too. but i think its more from not drinking enough water iwth it
