started eating clean in march 2017. i need to workout and stick to it. realized i was eating fast food and junk food between meals when i angry or stressed out. it actually made me feel better, or at least that's what i told myself. my husband decided to start cooking with cleaner ingredients when he needed to lower his blood pressure, so it was good for both of us. i'd gotten up to 230 lbs but i am down to 217 now. with exercise i will see more results.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
