Took me ALL DAY but I used all my points. I have only done that one other time I think it is. I think I am feeling better, finally. Well, weigh in is tomorrow..... X YOUR FINGERS! I want to be at my 5%.. I want that post-it-note on that board with my name on it at the meeting!

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 February 2010:
1389 kcal Fat: 27.44g | Prot: 90.97g | Carb: 181.39g.   Breakfast: yoplait light yogurt, coffee, coffee creamer. Lunch: milk, low suga peach jam, sugar free blackberry jam, wheat muffin, egg beaters, potato. Dinner: couscous, red wine, onion, fresh garlic, chicken broth, mushrooms, carrots, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: milk, cous cous, spiced low carb chai, tomato soup. more...
