I've been all out of whack this past week, eating basically whatever I can get my hands on rather than making something healthy or buying healthier food...though we have been short on cash this week, but I can't use that excuse when I found out how much food costs at Aldi. Need to get back on the ball starting today, I said I'd never get back up over 250, and well, here I am writing this at 251. No more "No Zumba today" excuses, no more eating crap calorie foods, more fruits and veggies (and using my yonana smoothie maker). Also I've been slacking using this site to track my exercise and daily all around activeness...well, there's been a lack in THAT dept too, and again, that's going to change. The weights not going to go away itself, I need to will it and make it go away through doing what's right and healthy.
