Just finished my First day of working out, using jillian Micheals 30 day shredder and I can already feel a change happening....

Day 3 of working out and I can feel how tense and out of shape I really have been, but already my physical endurance has improved. I've been drinking more water and learning to say no to food that I oh so desire. In 3 days I will be starting my first challenge from fatsecret.com, *Yikes!*
