bounce back to 79.4, think they recalibrated the scales, so at least this is my real weight. ah well had 2 days of happy nontheless and i'll get to 78.x soon enough
175.0 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
