Going back tp tracking fat, carbs and calories in addition to smart points. My goal
is to get below 197 by 1st of the year. If I can do that, then I can celebrate loss of 100 lbs.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
