Skipped weigh-in last week because my POS scale claimed no loss. I was pissed and didn't believe it after another 100% compliance week on Nutrisystem, so I didn't log it. Went away for the weekend and ignored the diet for a day. That was great. Couldn't eat as much as I used to, also great. Got a Fitbit as a gift from my wife... a seemingly silly thing that counts your steps. It really does seem to motivate me to move more... so that's pretty neat.
Back on solid weight loss again. =)
