Was going to make a burrito...turns out to be an open-faced quesadilla.

If only I have more time... women have so much on their shoulders these days, but I also see it in a good way :) At least I enjoy my independence! Just came back from grocery shopping, got 2 dozens eggs for the upcoming egg fast. Can't wait to give it a try next week. Meanwhile, just try to keep myself busy. This morning, I cleaned my refrigerator, did the laundry, came back from food shopping for th e week. My eating window is about to begin once the clock hit 12. Just keep doing what you're doing, you'll get result. Happy Saturday!
