I haven't visited this site since my daughter arrived on 7/17. She left on 7/25. It has been a week of indulging in horrible food at odd hours. Her boyfriend works from 2-11pm, so they usually eat supper after 11pm. They don't eat breakfast before noon bc they don't get up until lunch time, which is when they have breakfast. Her usual bedtime is after 2am PCT, which is 4am CST. That's the schedule she operated on during her visit, and I tried to keep up as best I could. I was sleep deprived and not eating until as late as 2 or 3pm daily. I carbed out on birthday cake, ice cream, pie, Chinese food, breads, and veggie lasagna. Didn't eat as much meat as usual bc she's vegetarian. So that was interesting. I don't know how she can be vegetarian since she doesn't like salad. She does like rice and pasta, yet she's underweight somehow.

I truly expected to see about a 5-lb gain after all that sinnin'. I was shocked to see the same weight as last week! We even had pie for lunch after she had already gone.

I feel horrible physically. Extremely sleepy and yawning constantly even after 8 hours of sleep. Have to stop the sugar intake. I feel bloated and achy all over. Not nearly as good as 2 weeks ago.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
