I don't know how to diet. Just going to record my foods eaten to get some idea of what the problem is. I am concerned about my blood sugar level and weight gain. Going to try to increase my exercise level on weekends.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Ha right? I could never diet either. Then I heard that classic dieting requires subjugation of the self, or something like that. So I felt like maybe I wasn't broken, just too non-conforming in a healthy way for the diet construct to work for me. I've made lasting changes for health reasons, but only a few weeks ago started to track what I'm actually eating. SO enlightening. I fell into trying keto, again for health reasons other than weight loss. Not sure how that will tone out. But I love tracking intake (rather than trying to remember what I've already eaten and calculate what I want AND what my body needs next).
