New Diet - Fast first day with 500 cal dinner - no breads, sugar, and very low carbs then the 2nd day 3 meals (I have only average 2) under 2000 cals and very low carbs no bread and then 3rd and so on back to fast day. Seems to be working great.
253.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.5 lb a week
