Have had a bad couple of weeks (emotionally and goal wise) - havent worked out like I wanted to eat or eaten as well as I wanted to, but I didnt gain so that was good. I am starting fresh today. I am tired of having things come up, so I am really going to do my best to stay on track this week because I know once I get back into the swing of things then it will be easier to stay there.
