Ok yeh down more and yesterday I had 2 Atkins bars and continued to drink more water ... I only had about 900 calories total because I really wasn't hungry They definitely make me feel less hungry Watched some ladies in utube who eat Atkins Now I understand net carbs Got some good tips I need to take a daily vitamin and I should always eat at least 18 to20 carbs a day .. your able to eat net carbs which is take the total carb value minus the fiber content ..I'm really not hungry this morning because after figuring that net carb thingy out realized I only ate about 10net carbs yesterday I want to make sure I don't cause any problems to my self doing this diet but It's working so yeh!!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
