Ok so day one,it IS going well. Took a walk and ate right... Added a coke and a smoke. I know its bad... But I added it and I did it. I'm also going to count it as I do want to stop smoking...
Now, to stand for a few hours and a little activity at home... Waxing my floors hahaha, sounds fun yea?? :/ Then a short nap on my busy sunday...
