Seriously how can I lose 10 pounds in one day and I bought a new scale and double checked whenever I drink protein shakes I gain 5 to 10 pounds over night that's crazy yesterday I stuck to my 1200 under 75 carbs around 90 grams of protein and under 60 grams of fat ate more egg whites and had Kroger low carb yogurt and cottage cheese also ate one Atkins bar It was yummmy I think I can stay on this diet if I can eat those and still lose weight ... no more protein shakes for me tried to drink more water
158.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
