So I gained some weight this week instead of losing. Starting again fresh this week. I can do this, right?
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, you can do it! I lost over 100 pounds 8 years ago and kept most of it off. I put on 20 within a year and need to take it off for my wedding. That is why I joined this site. Good Luck!
