No control over cravings and comfort foods, I have been stuck on 230 for a year.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I started there....You are ready to do what counts for you and not in the moment! Prepare and have creamy, spicy, foods to munch on...drink lots of water! Ready, set, GO. Do try just for three days and then another two...a treat for five days...
