I feel so good when I eat healthy! I don't understand why I keep going back to bad habits and feeling tired and gross all the time! :)

I'm there with you. When I eat well and exercise I feel great, but for some reason being lazy and eating junk keeps pulling me back in. Maybe after we've stayed on track for a while we will kick those bad habits once and for all!

So true! I know I'll do good for maybe 2 weeks then go back to my old ways...This time around I'm shooting for a month and hopefully it'll feel more like a life style I can stick with for the long term :)
