Weight in is tomorrow, I'm a little apprehensive. I want the number to be huge, I almost need the number to be huge. I've come along way, and while I have yet further to go, I know my vacation is going to be a set back, so I want to hit 250 by June 29th. Thats 11 pounds, in 2 weeks. I've done that a couple times, but then there have been 1 pound weeks. The first two weeks, which of course were before I cam here, I had lost 15 pounds. You expect that I guess, but these last two weeks are nail biters.

So what have I done to make this happen? Well I sat on my duff hoping, nooooooo that won't work. I've been out biking 3 times, twice big time. Probably about 60-70 km total, and I haven't been dragging my feet while doing it, I put some sweat into it.

Food, well maybe not the best, I've probably had a bit too much meat this week, but I haven't used more then 1/3 of the bonus points I'm allowed.

On the upside, whether I hit 250 or not, lose big this week or not, I feel great, and my stamina is fantastic. Now days I run to catch the train, I never run out of breath. I still don't catch the train, but at least I'm not wheezing when the doors close :)

Cheers

You done so so so so so well. It really gives me inspiration to see your chart. If your weight loss isnt what you want this week that doesnt mean that your body shape hasnt changed. Have a fantastic holiday. x

Thanks caity, as I expected it wasn't what I hoped, but it was still a extremely respectable 4 lbs, so I can't really complain, at least not without looking like a jerk. I imagine asking for another 7 pounds in one week is pushing it to, so I will be happy with as close as I can get to that magic number. The secret, at least mine, to loosing this weight, is really exercise, I think the diet has put me in a calorie neutral kind of way, but its the exercise that is pushing the lbs off. So to anyone struggling, my recommendation is biking, one it is a great work out at any fitness level, and two you get to see a lot more of your surrounding area then you can walking or running, so its less boring :) Cheers
