Have been calorie-conscious at almost every meal, and am making progress about as hoped. After almost a full year at this effort, I am noting the greatest benefit in the absence of any great desire to eat between meals. The snacks and treats were always my downfall in the past, and avoiding them was the most difficult part of getting this regimen underway. It now seems that what had once been a conscious effort, is now a matter of habit -- I just don't eat between meals under ordinary circumstances.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
