So I slacked off last year, and all but stopped my diet. As of January 1st I decided I NEEDED to get back on the horse if for nothing else than for my health. I am doing a few different things: I just got back on here, but I have been counting weight watcher points since the 1st of Jan. and in one month I dropped 20lbs. As of right now I am hovering around 10lbs. lost for the month of Feb. which puts me at 30lbs. lost. Being here in Michigan the weather is irritating me because I WANT to get out and walk. Hopefully by April I will have lost 40-50lbs. I will be sure to update with my progress.
