Blood sugar 197 Bummer on that
Blood pressure 119/73 Great
So excited about the weight loss. Stepped on scale 4 times to be sure and it had the same weight all 4 times. I haven't seen 218 in 10 years. I have lost 100 pounds in the last year and a half. I am proud of myself. My first goal of 215 is only 3 pounds away. I will be working towards that over the next three weeks. I am buying me a new pair of shorts to celebrate.
