So I did it...I cleaned out the bad went to the store got some healthy food options for myself started with a good breakfast then went to the gym. I also made room for myself to have a daily treat my mocha so I don't feel like I am punishing myself. I am also restarting my Diet Counter on this site and I will see where it takes me. I have a lot of positive energy around me right now.
