Hi all, I had four eggs with a bit of deli-thin beef chopped in, and mozzarella on top. Steak and eggs, breakfast of champions. I overdid it so I think I'm good on food until very late night.
What's interesting is how much you eat at once really is a habit... It was a plateful of food, but I used to eat this and a little more. Now I feel like it was too much to eat at once. Not mentally but *physically* my stomach is kinda, "Yeah that was too much."
Yesterday I went to a friend's. Usually I got there and cook my overstocked food. This time she cooked for me, beef and broccoli with jasmine rice. I had only a couple tablespoons of rice. The food was amazing.
