Yesterday was a travel day and back to work day. I was still at the office at 9:45 so I did not get to exercise. I was looking forward my elliptical time, ironic isn't it. But my body really needed to rest. I think I will hop on the inversion table today. My knees are just not right and I think I need alignment. I hope to get back to jazzercise Thursday.
