Starting over again - My sister (62 years old) has been following a low calorie diet (per doctor instructions) She has lost 78 pounds eating 1000 calories a day. We've always had a bit of healthy competition in our lives and her weight loss has really motivated me. So I started yesterday and intend to continue. Feeling lots of anxiety and a bit of depression, but I know that being in control of what I eat will help with both.
