262.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weighed in first thing in the morning today. It says I'm down 2. Something pounds. I did count all food intake yesterday. My carb intake was pretty high. I didn't consume alcohol. I found out yesterday a bottle of vodka is 1750 calories. No wonder why I've gained. I guess I'll have to weigh in every morning from here on out.

Weigh every morning! I usually only weigh once a week, but that hasn't worked, so yeah. Every morning it is.

In the past when I was better at watching my calorie intake I found it best for myself to weight myself daily. It kept me accountable for the times I went over my daily intake and also encouraged me on the days I kept my limits. And for those days that I treated myself, it helped me not feel bad for doing if I didn't gain any weight.
