Feeling better. Those graham crackers yesterday morning tore me up, and I think I need to find gluten free oatmeal (or I'm sensitive to avenin, too :( ).
136.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
