Morning exercise

Bodyrock: 300 rep challange, 25 min
Weights: 10 min
Rowing machine: 15 min

I am loving the bodyrock workouts. They are new everyday and they really give a great workout in a short amount of time.
Sweat like crazy.
I was able to get myslef to workout before I had breakfast which for me is so much better. I don't feel sick after and I tend to lose more weight when I am doing it this way as well.

Question, how long does it take to start noticing a differnece in your body when you are doing more strength building than cardio?
I notice I am gaining weight which I am sure ( hoping ) it is muscle and I measured myself this week.
Usually when I wake up on the morning and " feel " skinny than I know I have lost a little. The scale was the same and so was my waist and hips. Anyone know when I should start seeing results on my measurements?

Hope everyone has a great day today!!

Well done, Sarah. Glad you're loving bodyrock and morning workouts. I'm not even sure what it is. When I started lifting heavy again, it took my body about 6 weeks (and, ironically, that's what I later read online) before it understood what was happening. This has to do with muscles retaining water and is a temporary water gain! Over time, your muscles adapt and your weight drops back down to normal. That's what I've read and what I experienced anyway.

Thanks Heather! I'm only starting my third week so I will check back on that in another three to four weeks.
