Ok--so re-start---officially am in diet mode--went to the Gym last night-burned 293 calories...really serious about losing weight----woke up 3:35AM starving--and counted that as my breakfast----
Just for today, I am starting to record EVERYTHING that I eat/goes into my mouth so that I can SEE it visually---
need all the help and support I can get-----

You can do it. It won't be easy, but recording will really help. I know after a week of recording, I looked at my food diary and was like "I need to change something." If you do exercise try to record that as well, to see where you are now and how you improve. Just remember that you are worth this and you can do it, even when it's hard. Good luck!!
