I had all the fun I could handle going into the Diet... spent the weekend eating things I will no longer be having in the house or on the Menu and totally forgot it was a long weekend... so I didn't actually start this until Tuesday, but I got up and did an hour on the bike and stayed to my diet all day. Today I got up and did a half-hour on the bike and a half-hour on the Total Gym woohoo!!! proud of myself.
