I am suppose to weigh in on Friday BUT, I got all antsy and decided to weigh in today. I am back on track after my weekend of no tracking. Already down another pound, 144! I am loving this. I should be down another pound by Sunday.
This time next month I should be down another 10lbs!! This is sooo friggin exciting for me, it's like I'm waiting to go on vacation, giggles. I can't wait to see how my body transforms. Each time I slim down and tone up, my self esteem boosts when I look in the mirror.
I started other beauty regimes to keep up with my transformation. Planning to head to the dentist, get some whitening. I am looking to get facials, peels, scrubs, etc... Why not? Anything to make me look as good as I am feeling now. I'll use it as motivation. Lose 5 lbs then you deserve a facial or massage. Whatever works!!
I hope my friend joins, as I need a FatSecrets buddy.
