Gained weight with to many carbs not enough protein.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 132.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1009 kcal Fat: 71.72g | Prot: 45.46g | Carb: 49.11g.   Breakfast: Duke's Mayonnaise, Claussen Dill Pickle Spears, Great Value Canned Tuna in Water. Lunch: Salad Dressing, Hillshire Farm Honey Ham, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, French's Classic Yellow Mustard, Bar-S Foods Thick Sliced Bologna. Dinner: Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa (2 oz). Snacks/Other: Granny Smith Apples, Hillshire Farm Honey Ham, Great Value Sliced Cheese 2%. more...
