My goal was to reach a weight of 68.0kg (150 lbs) (starting at 86.0kg (190 lbs) in the middle of November 2011).
This morning, I weighted 67.2kg (148 lbs), had no breakfast (just a coffee, as usual), a low-carb-low-fat protein shake for lunch, went to the gym after work and made my usual 1-hour-elliptical-trainer exercise and burnt about 650kcal and took a low-carb-low-fat protein shake after the training for dinner, as usual.
I am wondering what my weight will be tomorrow morning... maybe 66.5kg (147 lbs) ?
I have never been such a lightweight since my school days, and I am 40 years old now...
