I've joined the challenges to give up Chocolate, Sodas, & Alcohol. I'll replace chocolate with fruit, and I'll replace Sodas & Alcohol with Club Soda or Seltzer. Chocolate will be the hardest, but I am ready.

I've replaced the sodas with lemonade, kool-aid, and special K protein shakes, along with supplementing that with GNC's Pro performance AMP Amplified Mass XXX. (I'm trying to put on weight, and my metabolism must be so high that the junk that I eat is being eaten away by the metabolism).
