Morning exercise
Bodyrock: 24 min, I started with the intermediate and ended up with a little more than the beginners. ( TOUGH!! ) Weighted hula hoop: 10 min Rowing machine: 15 min Weights: 10 min
Today's bodyrock was rough and I decided not to complete it as the indermediate. Got to know your limits, lol. Well, I have to get out today and go to the grocery store so I need to get some more veggies and fruits. I need to eat more veggies in the day. Not much going on, hope everyone's day is a great one!!
p.s. Thinking about adding a short workout in the evenings, maybe my bike or rowing machine since they can be moved pretty easy. Thanks alohaneen for the suggestion.
