End of the first phase of weight (and fat) loss. I have lost 2.5kg in 3 weeks. The goal is to increase the calorie intake for muscle growth.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
