Hi all.

Still doing the 16-8 diet but only having 2 meals per day, no way in a million years could I eat 3 meals in such a short space of time, if I've felt a little bit peckish between meals I've had fruit but that's not been very often ..... I'm still not feeling hungry during the fasting hours which is really great, so weighing day for me is now going to be on a Sunday, I then can judge for myself if my efforts have been worth while against my normal diet plan of 3 meals a day spaced out over a 12 hour plus period, the calorie content has always been between 1200-1400 for both regimes, so it will be very interesting to see if fasting is the way to go for easy weight loss .....T.T.F.N MM x
