Well today was a good day. The weather was crappy, but oh well. As far as my diet went I know I did well staying away from soda, I haven't had any for 2 days now. The only thing I keep telling myself I'm going to stop buying is my coffee and my pumpkin muffin from dunkin donuts in the morning. I'm not sure I can give up my coffee just yet, but I need to find an alternative to that muffin! I just dont have time in the morning to make something ( I go to school about an hour away from where I live) So I guess when I go shopping tonight I'm going to look for something thats healthy for me.
