Hi All,

Day 4 of the 16-8 Diet and still no hunger pangs but a 1lb off!!!!

What is this thing when you go to the bathroom in the morning and all you can think about is weighing yourself, it's quite bizarre, So I've put the scales back in the cupboard yet again, I feel I'm getting rather obsessed with them!!!!!.....All the time that I've not been dieting because of ill health and the medication the scales were on the floor and I never used them once, but as soon as my brain is aware that I am dieting it starts.....Happy Dieting everyone.....Lily I've sent you a private message.....BFN MM x
