2 days off working out 😩 5 chips, 1/4 cup ramen and berries, eggs, 4 oz salmons, 5 green beans.Well I tried but more veggies tomorrow!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
