I started 'again' this week, I'll weigh in again soon. I've been sick this week with the flu. I did walk for an hour yesterday but I just couldn't make it today. I think 101 degree temps call for days off. I feel horrible though, the holidays were way hard on the diet & exercise. The gym had weird hours so when it was my normal time to go they were either closed or crowded. I hope I feel better in the morning. The good news though is that since I've been sick the last 3 days, I've eaten very little. I've been drinking V8 juice and diet Sprite, that's basically been my diet.
